Nursery years are such a special and important time in our lives. Here at Alonim we hope to create some very special memories during the time your child spends with us. We are proud of our long-standing history, with over 40 years’ experience, of educating and nurturing children in the community.
At Alonim learning takes place through play. We have a dynamic and holistic approach to teaching and learning, providing open-ended material which invites and cultivates thinking, collaboration, and creativity. Our teachers tune into your child and support their learning through well planned, stimulating, and exciting activities in a safe learning environment. We believe that the more engaged a child is, the higher their well-being and the greater the learning, attainment, and progress. Happy children are motivated learners. We aim to create a real love of learning that will last with your child forever.
We believe the success to your child’s education is very much a partnership between home, school, and the community. When your child starts nursery, it is not where your job ends and ours begins. It is where our job begins and yours continues. Children come to nursery with such a wealth of experience and knowledge. It is our aim to build on this together, with parents to ensure that every child, no matter what ability or background really does get the best start to education.
We provide a strong foundation, and we give children the confidence and skills necessary for the next step of their educational journey into Primary School and beyond. Our teachers feel privileged to be part of your child’s learning journey.

I am very proud to be Head Teacher of Alonim Pre-School Nursery. We have a very dedicated and committed team who strive for the best outcomes for every child.
Visitors are always welcome, and you do not have to make an appointment as we like you to see us just the way we are. It is only by visiting the nursery and seeing everyone working together that the real atmosphere can be experienced.
