Patsy started working for Alonim
when her daughter attended in 2010 and is an experienced Early Years Practitioner. She is passionate about teaching and developing her skills both professionally and personally. Her family has been members of Sha’arei Tsedek since 2009 and is very involved in the life of the community. Before joining Alonim Patsy worked for Thomas Cook Holidays recruiting staff to work overseas. She then moved to Whitbread, the UK’s largest restaurant, hotel and coffee shop operator where she recruited restaurant managers.

Lucy esposito
Senior Practitioner and Designated Safeguarding Lead
Lucy started working as an Early Years Practitioner for Alonim in 2015 after both her children had graduated from the nursery. She has always loved Alonim and how it is family orientated. Lucy is Italian and has a strong sense of family, she believes embracing different family traditions are all important. Before joining Alonim, Lucy worked alongside her father running their Italian delicatessen family business but always knew she wanted to work in childcare.
