Further Information

BASED ON YOUR FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there parking at Alonim?

There is free street parking on roads that surround the nursery.

What are the names of the classes?

Class size can change depending on the year. Our classes (youngest to oldest) start with Acorns, then Saplings then Oaks.

The security team

In order to protect our children and teachers, we have a security team in place. Without them we would not operate. We ask for contributions towards the cost of our incredible security team; their hard work does not go unnoticed.

Protocol if someone else has to collect my child?

If someone other than yourself or a known nominated person is collecting your child, please email our office to let us know beforehand.

Are other holidays and festivals celebrated at Alonim?

We make an effort to teach the children about many other holidays and festivals, not just Jewish holidays and celebrations. We believe in helping the children to be well rounded individuals with an understanding of all faiths.

Can I use my 15 or 30 hours childcare from the government at Alonim?

Yes! Find out more details here (scroll down half of the page).

My child requires medication. Do you help with this?

Check out our policies section where you will find everything you need about medication at nursery.

Can my child bring nuts as a snack?
Due to allergies, we do have a food policy in place and nuts are restricted from the nursery. You can find out more about our food policies here.
